from the the-first-this-year dept. A new worm is on the way - it's called Novarg or Mydoom and contains a program which will only activate when it is run by the user. Our mailserver is already filtering out more then 600 mails during office hours today. See also our online mailstatistic. The virus lies about sender addresses of the mails and it could be possible that you will get several warnings from virus scanners in the world. Please ignore them - it is much better to install a local virus scanner like McAfee or Norton Antivirus or Sophos and keep them up to date. Some links:
