Updated one day later! Linux 2.4.24 is the fixed version, a separate patch ist also available. Distributions have already new kernel images:
Debian will need some additional time to build kernels for their 11 architectures. Update 1: All our managed servers and workstations are up to date. Thanks for your cooperation! Update 2: Debian has also new kernel images - at least for i386. Be sure to install the package manually and to reboot the machine. Kernels are not automatically updated in Debian!
